These machines operate continuously, running complex drive files that subject the tire to relentless slip angles, camber sweeps, and braking torques against a 3-meter abrasive drum.
The spindle multi-axial force transducer is the critical link in this closed-loop control system. It must precisely monitor the lateral scrub forces and normal loads while simultaneously enduring millions of fatigue cycles. Legacy OEM "Cube of Forces" sensors often lack the structural over-range capacity required for long-term survival, leading to zero-shifts, cross-talk degradation, or outright mechanical failure midway through a multi-week tire wear study.

The SE-6DOF-TW series is engineered specifically to eliminate spindle transducer fatigue failures. We have re-architected the internal shear webs to provide massive structural safety margins while maintaining the precise measurement resolution required for accurate tire compound correlation.
Infinite Fatigue Topology: By optimizing the internal stress distribution, we guarantee that the transducer remains strictly within the linear elastic region, preventing micro-yielding during continuous, high-torque abrasive scrub testing.
Precise Multi-Axial Control: Designed for exceptionally low native cross-talk. Accurate measurement of Fy (Lateral scrub) and Fz (Radial load) without signal bleeding is critical for the machine's PID loops to maintain the programmed slip and camber angles.
Dual Architecture Availability: Offered in both the 25 kN Passenger Car / Light Truck (Pivot-Slider Carriage) format and the massive 70 kN Heavy Truck (Focused-Linkage Carriage) format for direct, drop-in replacement.
