The Vehicle Dynamics Requirement

Accurate multibody dynamics (MBD) modeling requires exact isolation of individual load vectors during combined-load roll, pitch, and bounce events. Sensors deployed on K&C test rigs must possess exceptionally low mechanical crosstalk to ensure that applied kinematic displacements and the resulting tire patch/spindle compliance forces are measured without aliasing.

SE-6DOF Architecture

The SE-6DOF series features a highly stiff, monolithic structural topology optimized for the exact force and moment envelopes of industry-standard K&C test rigs.

  • Platform Matching: Full-scale force (Fx, Fy, Fz) and moment (Mx, My, Mz) measurement limits are mathematically scaled to precisely match the peak actuator outputs of the target test platform.

  • Crosstalk Rejection: Native geometric isolation combined with precision calibration matrices guarantees off-axis force rejection, providing uncorrupted compliance data even at severe suspension jounce limits.

  • Direct Integration: Engineered to bolt directly into standard PC, LT, and CV K&C system mounting plates with zero intermediate adapters.
